5 OCT        SANDO SKETCHCLUB  The Sando's popular life drawing club, now into its second year, runs 1st
                  and 3rd Monday of every month featuring a live model, ambient lighting and a relaxed atmosphere.
                 Come and enjoy a beer or two and get stuck into some creatvie expression. 8-10pm FREE (upstairs).
 
                 UNHERD hosted by the boys from DERKAJAM, this open mic night features local, interstate and
                 overseas talent. Featuring a different lineup of undiscoverd acts each week. FREE (downstairs).

                 Take some of the greatest rock tracks of all time, slow 'em down apace, throw an alt country feel into the
                 mix and you've got the hoe down from hell that is the Slowdowns. Come and graze awhile with free

               Stealing their name from the cheapest house on the Monopoly board, Sydney’s Old Kent Road played a

                number of shows across NSW between 2006 and 2009. Now the Sydney based band are calling it a day and

                playing one last show to celebrate. Joining them onstage will be good friends Dead Riot (QLD), General Disarray

                and Chemical Transport. Old Kent Road play a unique and engaging punk rock with a distinctly Australian

                sound and sensibility. Think Against Me! cross Frenzal Rhomb cross The Lawrence Arms. Don’t miss you last

                 This legendary duo have been packing out the Sando on a Saturday afternoon for nearly 3 years with their killer blues
                 set. Dave Tice, front man extraordinaire from Buffalo and Mark Evans (ex AC/DC), one of Australia's most recognised
                 bass players, take you on the ride of your life from The Rolling Stones via Bo Diddly and straight down
                 the road to Mr J.L.Hooker (downstairs).

                 Beyond Repair mixes the best of metal, hardcore and death metal. Add a splash of goth and you have Sinday. 
                 The only performances of these genres on a Sunday in Sydney.
